Lenny Kravitz Party, The Blond, NYC

Hundred Stories executed an over-the-top event announcing the launch of sales  for the very first new development in NYC with full interiors by Kravitz Design at 75 Kenmare. The first piece of the launch was securing the exclusive in The New York Times, offering them the only personal interview with Lenny Kravitz. 

Hundred Stories next coordinated the invitations and management of 500 guests at the two-part party. First, guests were invited to the launch party at the 75 Kenmare sales gallery. The after party then took place at one of Manhattan’s hottest new nightclubs, The Blond. Lenny, as the esteemed guest of honor, attended the sales gallery event and after party.  Hundred Stories coordinated all filming with Million Dollar Listing New York, as well as worked with press attendees to ensure that there would be extensive media coverage following the event.

Collaboration with Barton and Gray

Hundred Stories’ plan included the implementation of a first-of-its-kind partnership with Barton and Gray. Through this partnership, residents will enjoy a luxury yacht amenity that will grant them access to perks only afforded to Barton & Gray members. (Prior to this partnership, the only way one could access or charter a yacht through Barton & Gray was by joining the company’s exclusive membership program, which starts at $20,000 and goes as high as $50,000 a year.)  

To announce this partnership, Hundred Stories planned and executed an extraordinary event for New York City’s top brokers featuring a yacht cruise down the East River, followed by a seated dinner at the Michelin-Starred River Café. The event is still talked about as one of the most exciting real estate events of the year.
