BOFFO Art Camp Session II

Boffo Art Camp 2012

Calling all Fire Island Pines' residents, art critics, and architecture enthusiasts!

BOFFO Art Camp is now open for its second session and is this summer's can’t-be-missed event! Join 2012 MoMA PS1 Young Architect Program winner Matthias Hollwich of HWKN and former Saatchi Gallery painter Schandra Singh between July 19 and Aug 1 and attend an interactive lecture series presented by Charles Renfro, or participate in Singh's community painting project, "Children of Fire Island".

If you miss these events, you still have the chance to catch camp events until September 18—including an artist residency program at 160 Ocean Walk, a residence generously donated for use by Michael Bolla. Eleven chosen guest artists will create a body of work that enriches and informs through participatory programming. Weekly Saturday fundraisers, sunset musical performances, film screenings, and workshops will round out the program, providing a packed arts calendar the whole community can take part in!

You don't have to be a member of the Fire Island Pines community to join in on the BOFFO summer activities; all are welcome to join in on the BOFFO 2012 Art Camp!
